Verizon IS the devil. Totally agree! Of course, so is Apple, so choosing between a verizon blackberry and an apple iphone leaves you between a rock and a hard place. Ultimately, though, I chose to stay with verizon and get a Storm and I am very happy I did. I'm not locked in to itunes and I get voice dialing and a email keyboard that can be used vertically OR horizontally (and although I didn't expect this feature to be super important -- since I got the storm I've realized that the importance of this feature cannot be understated. I can't even imagine not having that feature). Plus, the storm is a good phone -- and shouldn't that take precedence over being able to download apps that make farting noises?

The funny thing about the Storm is it's got a better camera than the iphone and it can (gasp!) take videos! Boy, wouldn't those features go great with a phanfare blackberry storm application?

Re: Is the iPhone a business-class device?

Your last point is hilarious.
