Andrew and team,

I very much appreciate the adjusted pricing for Premium members. I had not been ordering through Phanfare b/c the prices weren't competitive - the extra work was irritating and I was just a bit disgruntled since I was paying to be a Premium member. And, though I'd encourage family to share my images, I'd tell them to download and order elsewhere as the prices weren't what they could be.

I'm delighted with the new rates that are competitive and will look forward to exploring your products and services more now! Thanks for appreciating us Premium folks and givings us a great benefit for our membership -
